Puppy Peekay

As promised, here are some puppy pictures of Giggs’ new bud Peekay. Peekay is a Shiba Inu puppy and he belongs to my friend Aimee. She just got him last Saturday from the breeder and is visiting here for the week before she goes back home with the puppy. He’s just two months old and very cute. We first met him downtown last Saturday night. He was tuckered out so she carried him the whole time, but we didn’t get very far because people kept stopping us to check him out and ooh and aww. Giggs was a bit jealous having his thunder stolen by the little furball.

Peekay came over to our house to play Tuesday night and we got to puppy sit him for a while because Aimee had to attend to a family member at the hospital. He was wide awake this time and he made LOTS of noise telling Giggs where to go! Peekay is pretty bossy, but Giggs doesn’t mind, he’s just happy to have someone to play with. Peekay kept stealing Giggs’ toys and getting all possessive with them -I don’t think Giggs even noticed. They got along pretty well after a bit and enjoyed chasing each other around ALL NIGHT. They were both pretty tired the next day.

Aimee said she had to wake Peekay up Wednesday morning at 8am (he normally gets up at 6am). Giggs slept a lot yesterday too. I’m pretty proud of him for playing so nicely with the puppy and especially for not attempting to pee on him.
